We want you to love our products - if this is not the case, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations, returns, reshipments and refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. All orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the time of purchase may be subject to a $5.00 CAD cancellation fee which covers our incurred processing costs.
If you are unhappy with, or have not yet received your items, please send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot issue full refunds or free reshipments for:
- Orders misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect shipping address
- Untracked orders lost in the mail system
For orders with no tracking, we will not be able issue a refund or reshipment if your order gets lost in the mail system. We always suggest using tracked shipping to ensure we can locate and follow the journey of your product.
If you are unhappy with your items, and would like to return them, let us know via email at email@example.com. Please note:
- Returned product must be completely unused and unopened
- Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer
- If the initial order was shipped with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the return refund
We are not responsible for any reactions that might occur with our products. If the scent does not work for you, please dispose of the product.
