Your refills will be ready for you before you run out! Still finding you run out too soon? Edit your subscription anytime.

Do I have to renew my subscription?
Nope! When you start your subscription, the orders will automatically renew based on the frequency you chose. If you ever need to change, skip or cancel your order, you can do that by contacting us at hello@naturebeeclean.com
When will my next order arrive?
When initially checking out and purchasing a subscription, your first order will be processed at time of checkout and shipped out in 1-3 business days. All following subscription orders will be shipped on the first business day of the month. How often this occurs will depend on the frequency selected. Cut off dates for subscription reorders are 5 days before the 1st of the month.
How do I change billing, shipping or payment information?

Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! If you’d like to change your subscription you can email katie@naturebeeclean.com to change the items, frequency, and more.
Can I cancel my subscription or pause it?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription and there will be no charge. Please note you must cancel your subscription BEFORE the next order confirmation is sent. If you would like to put your subscription on hold or skip one order, you can do this in your account on BOLD.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is automatically charged at the time of the renewal ( depending on how often you choose).
Will I be notified of my next subscription order?
Yes! Before orders are sent, you will receive an order confirmation with the items you are subscribed to. Please note that once an order confirmation is received, we cannot cancel the current order for the subscription, only future subscriptions.
